Day 66 of 125...

Wednesday June 27th, 2018.

Beautiful sunny day in Los Angeles, California. 

Must confess that I am pretty happy that this week is flying by, I am about to head out of town to do a solo camping trip in the Eastern Sierras, hike to some amazing lakes and enjoy some piece and quiet. Can't wait!

Morning training workout was 20 min at the treadmill doing some interval training and headed to the pool for a 20 min swim session. I much rather swim and run after, but running first changed the whole breathing system while swimming and that was a great training factor.

Breakfast was spot on:

- 2 bacon strips

- 3 bok choy

- 4 small white mushrooms

- 2 eggs

- 1 slice swiss cheese

- 2 tbsp salsa


Directions: heat up a medium skillet in medium high, add the bacon cut into little cubes and let it cook it for 3-4 minutes, add the bok choy and cook for another 3 min, add the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 2-3 minutes, crack the eggs into the mix and scramble all together, add the cheese right before it is time to turn the heat off. Put the salsa on top when is time to eat it.

Lunch was a combination of leftovers (zucchini noodles, lamb ragu and avocado) and some papaya for dessert. 


Work was a smooth day and all went well. I had a lot of errands to get done so I didn't had the chance to get any afternoon training.

Dinner was pork chop, cabbage and avocado.

Was in bed by 9 ish and ready for another big day.
