Day 30 - 33 of 125.

Sorry I have been MIA... was away from writing and working on some reading and planning.

Week went buy super fast and I have been super focused on my diet, on my training and on my sleep.

Tuesday: Day 30th - May 22nd:

Day went super well as I went to the gym in the morning for my weight training and finished in the sauna for a quick meditation ( I am enjoying a lot meditating after my workouts and in the beginning of the day to start in good energies ).

Breakfast was one of my scrambled eggs with cheese, cabbage, collard greens and zucchini.

Lunch we went out to eat Indian Food... was amazing.

After work went for a 2 mile run with my girlfriend and did some hills when I got close to home.

For dinner we had some cabbage rolls stuffed with ground beed, topped with tomato sauce and paired with half of an avocado.

Tried a funny recipe for the first time, I did some peanut butter fat balls: cream cheese, peanut butter, coconut oil and chocolate... don't know how I feel about them.

Wednesday: Day 31 - May 23rd:

Another great morning workout and I knew I would not be able to do my usual afternoon workout as I was suppose to the a body treatment done and shouldn't workout for 24 hours after.

At the gym I did a killer weight training and went to the sauna for a quick meditation. 

Breakfast Petra bowl attacked again: eggs, veggies, cheese, avocado and hot sauce with a cup of black coffee and coconut oil. For lunch was a mix of cabbage, brussels sprouts, onions, zucchini, hot dog, avocado and hot sauce.

Afternoon was smooth, but the end of the day I was whooped. I went home right after and went straight to sleep, no dinner no nothing!

Thursday: Day 32 - May 24th:

Slept till last minute as I didn't go to the gym (day off!). Decided to do some fasting as I wasn't hungry and didn't work out. Was able to stay all through lunch with no food, I drank my bulletproof coffee before I left the house. Lunch was a great plate full of veggies (asparagus, collard greens, cabbage, mushrooms, hot dog, avocado and ranch dressing).

For dinner I met with a friend for a BBQ night.. YUM!

Friday: Day 33 - May 25th:

Great... great morning gym session. I kicked ass as I was rested and was in the mood for it. Was a leg and butt day... smoked it.

Day was smooth at work and went to the Santa Monica Stairs after work for round number 2 and was able to workout for 1hr 30 min, going up and down the stairs, running hills, abs, lunges and push ups. Awesome way to celebrate Friday night.

Now... bring on the long weekend!
