3 tbsp olive oil

1 med onions, small diced

3 garlic cloves, diced or minced

1 big carrot, small diced

2 celery stalks, small diced

1 med golden potato, peeled and small diced

1 roman tomatoes, small diced

2 cups of chard, diced

1 can white beans

1 tbsp oregano

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

1/4 tsp turmeric

salt & pepper to taste

2 cups veggie stock


  1. Heat up a large pan in medium heat, and heat up the olive oil. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant.
  2. Add the carrots and celery, and cook for another 3 -4 minutes. Add the potatoes, and stir for a few seconds.
  3. Add the tomatoes, the beans, the stock, the seasoning, and adjust the salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Simmer for 30 minutes, and add the diced chard at the last few minutes of cooking.
