Egg White Brodo

4 cups beef brodo, or beef stock (or any stock you have)

2 egg whites


1. Bring the brood to a boil in a medium-large pan.

2. Whisk the egg whites with a fork.

3. Swirl the brodo with a wooden spoon, and slowly pour the egg whites into the whirlpool, and let it cook for about 2 minutes, or as soon as the egg whites are cooked (they will turn white).

4. Serve it immediately.
