Canja de Galinha (Chicken Rice Soup)



5 cups of chicken brodo

1 cup of rice, rinsed

1 cup shredded chicken


1. Add the brodo to a large saucepan, and bring it to a boil. Add the rice, bring to a simmer, and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the rice is fully cooked.

2. Add the chicken in the last few minutes, and serve it warm.
